Even without submitting a combined plan, states have several opportunities to align Perkins V and their Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) systems. In this session, participants will learn about critical intersections between Perkins V and WIOA and learn from two leading states that are working intentionally and in tandem with the workforce sector to foster alignment between CTE and workforce development.
